What a day. Massively proud of each and every 1 of our team!

Set the tone from the get go with the 1st 4, was a dream start, chuffed for my good mate Koo who I know felt rotten after the last final.

The Gurn, what more can you say about the man, absolute legend! For me personally I felt I owed the team a performance after losing the night before, and to deliver when it matters means a lot.

Basky, some great chalks when well down to pretty much seal the deal, for 10 minutes or so in the middle 4 Houldsworth were in with a sniff, told the lads on Friday that we dig in for every chalk and that performance was a great example.

Matty Hamman, without doubt 1 of the best performances I've seen when the pressures on.

And The Tank on last.......magnificent!

To OB, thanks for all the organising you did prior to, and on the day itself which meant I could just turn up and play, I'm sure we can all agree he does a brilliant job as bowls secretary

And lastly thanks to everyone from the club who came to support, with a special mention to the '3 Amigos' Adam, Ash and Henno, tremendous off the side!
